Assistant Professor in the William F. Harrah College of Hospitality
Todd Uglow is an assistant professor in the William F. Harrah College of Hospitality specializing in hospitality marketing, catering management, and event planning. He holds a BA in Marketing from Cal State University San Bernardino and a Juris Doctor from Western State University College of Law.
Upon graduation from law school, Uglow went on to represent athletes and celebrities for a prominent management firm in Los Angeles. He has been a featured expert in event planning on NPR Radio and has written articles for Las Vegas Food & Beverage Professional. In addition to teaching, Uglow regularly consults for the industry on a variety topics including sponsorship, festival marketing, and hospitality entrepreneurship.
In addition to event marketing, Uglow’s research interests include hospitality service level standards, hospitality entrepreneurship, and legal issues in hospitality.
