On the success of Chef John Lee’s restaurant Soho, Chef John decided to create a fun new concept out of his two favorite cuisines, Japanese and Mexican, which he named SOHO Sushi Burrito. A Sushi Burrito restaurant specializing in Fresh Fish raw or cooked, Chicken, Beef, Shrimp Tempura, Soft Shell Crab, 15 to 20 Fresh Vegetables, and more than 10 Japanese Mexican infused sauces.
