With more than 20 years of experience, Chef John Chien Lee has worked his way up from the bottom to the tops of some of the biggest restaurants in the world. Chef Lee began his professional journey at age 16 helping out his uncle’s restaurant, working and learning every position in the kitchen. After years of hard work and lessons learned, he decided to venture to Las Vegas, where he learned from some of the best chefs in the world on the Las Vegas Strip, and eventually became the executive chef of Social House at City Center in Las Vegas. After a couple of years at the helm of the Social House kitchen, Chef Lee decided to fulfill his dream and finally open his own restaurant. His offering to you: Soho Japanese Restaurant.
