SAIPIN CHUTIMA

A 2011 James Beard Award winner, Lotus of Siam and Chef Saipin Chutima have been delighting diners at Las Vegas’ Commercial Center for nearly 20 years. Chef Saipin’s distinct northern style cooking has introduced America to the “Northern” world of Thailand, away from the Bangkok style of sweet and tang. The menu consists of hearty herbs and spices, along with Thai style stews and coconut-less curries. Through her set menus, guests have enjoyed Chutima family recipes that have been passed down from generations for more than 100 years.
