LAS VEGAS (KSNV) —
A Las Vegas tradition, the 44th Annual UNLVino takes place 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. on Saturday, April 14, at the Keep Memory Alive Event Center.
Long recognized as Las Vegas’ premier wine tasting and fundraiser for University of Las Vegas, Nevada’s William F. Harrah College of Hospitality, this year’s UNLVino will make history as one memorable night celebrating the college’s 50th year and will feature more culinary influencers than ever before in the festival’s long history.
Among the 50 plus restaurants on tap to participate: David Chang’s Momofuku, Rick Moonen’s rm Seafood, Mitsuo Endo’s Aburiya Raku and Sweets Raku, Lorena Garcia’s Chica, Bouchon Bistro, Naked Fish, District One, Culinary Dropout, Kaiseki Yuzu, Libre Mexican Cucina, Libertine Social, and Lotus of Siam.
They’ll be joined by many of Las Vegas’ most popular resorts, including The Venetian Las Vegas, The Palazzo, Palms Casino Resort, Delano Las Vegas, The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, and ARIA; as well as leading wine, champagne, sake, craft beers and spirit-makers, creating an unrivaled combination of community spirit and culinary spectacle.
Tickets to UNLVino are $100 in advance (through March 9), $150 March 10 through April 14, and $175 at the door.
