Within the halls of one of the world’s most prestigious hospitality colleges, UNLV’s most iconic food and beverage festival was born. Designed to indulge the Las Vegas community while creating new opportunities for university students, UNLVino continues to bring together the best chefs, winemakers, brew masters, and distillers in the world. Inspired by university alumni in 1974, millions of dollars have been raised to fund scholarships for the UNLV William F. Harrah College of Hospitality students. The festival is organized jointly by UNLV and Southern Glazer’s Wine, Spirits & Beer of Nevada and remains the longest tradition at the University and one of the college’s largest fundraisers.
